We hired Dan's backyard BBQ from a search over the internet! 

Well, Dan was fantastic in helping create a menu for our parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary!

His team showed up on time, cooked the meat to perfection and always checked in to make sure the trays were full!  The BBQ chicken was moist, the roast beef was cooked to perfection and very tasty and the beef ribs metled off the bone!  Our guests loved it!  How do they make that BBQ sauce and horseradish sauce?? Outstanding!  The food was tasty, the staff was excellent and the guests were thrilled and full!

 We had our wedding reception catered by Dan’s Backyard BBQ. We found Daniel to be insightful, accommodating and very helpful in planning our special event. We absolutely love Dan's Backyard Bar-B-Que!

We have tried other "so called BBQ caterers", but no one even comes close.

Dan has been providing an excellent selection of food & superb customer service for our annual Summer Fest party (225+ people) for a few years now.

From the beginning, Dan was easy to work with, his prices were good... and most of all... the quality of the Bar-B-Que food is EXCELLENT!

Everyone's favorite choice is Dan's Whole Roasted pig!

We chose Dan because he will work with you on menu choices, making sure you have the right selection and quantity of food... But also he will offer many suggestions about those little extras that make a good backyard BBQ... GREAT!!

This note is written for anyone considering hiring Dan's Backyard BBQ for their special event.

First, two words of advice - DO IT!

    We first hired Dan and his crew for a backyard party a couple of years ago to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Dan made the planning very easy and alleviated a lot of the usual stress that goes along with having 75 people get together.The pig roast was amazing, and my guests and I had nothing but rave reviews for the whole experience. With that success in mind, this time around I put together a company picnic for a group of 130 hungry people and hired Dan's Backyard BBQ to cater it. Once again, a home run - Dan and his team made the whole process a pleasure and handled every last detail as a true pro.

 

Bottom line, Dan has the knowledge, an outstanding array of gear and equipment, an excellent staff, and maybe most importantly - the people skills to make your event run smoothly.

 Dan has done it again!  We have hired Dan's Backyard BBQ for many of our family events over the last year and every time he comes through with phenomenal food and amazing service.  From the planning stages and throughout the entire event, we know that there is never anything to worry about as Dan will ensure his customers are 100% satisfied.  Our youngest son turned 9 in April and his only request was pulled pork sandwiches from Dan's Backyard BBQ.  Dan came through with flying colors, not only serving the best pulled pork around, but we all enjoyed the best ribs we have ever had!  We topped things off with some bbq chicken and a few salads and everyone left our home feeling full and happy!  When Mother's Day rolled around a few weeks later, the requests for Dan to host us again came flooding in and so the Mom's relaxed and let Dan take care of everything.  Dan's Backyard BBQ truly cannot be beat!
