The Beginning
The Story of Dan's Backyard BBQ
"For as long as I can remember, I have always had an interest in cooking. Over the years I have built many of my own grills, worked towards mastering my skills and learned everything I possibly could from top chefs in the industry. My crazy passion for barbecue has led me on many culinary adventures, including starting my own mobile catering business and line of BBQ products.
My family has been hosting a pumpkin festival for the past 17 years on our farm in Three Bridges, N.J. Due to my food handling and food safety knowledge, my work with the County Board of Health, followed by many barbecue classes and of course my passion for great BBQ, I was the obvious choice to head up the food services at our six-week festival. As the event became more popular, we began catering many local parties, larger events, corporate outings, casual farm weddings & fundraisers.
The Middle
Our family business, Dan's Backyard BBQ, LLC is proud to have catered everything from family celebrations, farm weddings to large corporate events. We have served our delicious BBQ to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania area for over 20 years. We thank you for your support of our small Family business and hope to see you again in the future!
